IPG is focussed on the hospital car parking market

The International Parking Group (IPG) has a portfolio of nine BOOT (Build, Own, Operate & Transfer) scheme hospital car parks that it has developed over a period of 16 years.

IPG is 100% focussed on the hospital market. IPG’s portfolio of nine sites is testament to an ability to deliver car parking facilities at no cost to the Health Departments. IPG has a proven ability to raise finance for hospital BOOT scheme car park projects via long term equity and debt arrangements. The security of a proven portfolio provides financiers with confidence in the IPG model enabling more competitive finance for new projects.

IPGs exclusive arrangement with car park operator, Metro Parking, means that the facilities are run to the highest standards consistent with health sector requirements e.g. Australian Council of Healthcare Standards EQuIP4.

Build

IPG designs and builds a hospital car park at no cost to the government or Area Health Department. In many cases IPG pays rent to the Area Health Department or Hospital Foundation.

Own

IPG owns the car park facility for a specified period of years (usually 20 to 30 years). During this time IPG is fully responsible for every aspect of managing the facility and providing the service.

Operate

Transfer
